Fight for Sore Eyes

AYLING AND CONROY PRESENTS

‘Fight for sore eyes’ at My House Projects, Sneinton, Nottingham.

The gallery will be transformed into an art-spectacular-wonderland, Created out of an undergrowth of art objects from subcultures, pop cultures, trash cultures and art cultures, many a wild beast will be vying for the audience’s attention.

The installation will constantly change over the period of the exhibition; a noisy mish-mash of sounds and visuals will come into play at different times, objects appearing, or becoming lit up, turning around, becoming visible or audible or suddenly being noticed. Old and new Ayling and Conroy artworks will be stacked and arranged in to one big installation.

The installation in the gallery, filled with old toys, computers, gardening tools, rejected artwork, will create a sort-of-landscape of stuff.

…from the bird watching hut, visitors are encouraged to look and watch, learn and most of all enjoy the visual feast before them.

Fight for Sore Eyes will be held at My House Projects's Windmill Lane location.

21 April – 7 May
